Field Service Engineer

A Field Service Engineer is needed to service and repair Volvo construction equipment at a company base in the South of Birmingham. This role focuses on customer service, identifying and resolving mechanical issues, and seeking additional revenue opportunities. The position offers a secure contract, full-time commitment, and opportunities for overtime.

Requirements

• Formal engineering qualification in Plant Maintenance, Agricultural / HGV mechanics or related discipline
• Experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy construction plant
• Advanced diagnostic and trouble shooting skills
• Problem solving and high level of diagnostic skills
• Computer systems and outlook expertise
