Accounting Manager

Snap Finance is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the monthly close process and support technical accounting needs of lease-to-own and consumer financing businesses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role and 2+ years in public accounting.
• Strong understanding of lease-to-own or consumer financing accounting principles and month-end close processes.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, BlackLine, and advanced Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex accounting matters to non-finance partners.
• Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
