We're looking for a detail-oriented and agile Assistant Controller to help us scale our financial operations with accuracy, control, and strategic insight.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA strongly preferred)
- 4+ years of accounting experience, with experience in the consumer lending or banking space
- Proven success working in fast-paced environments or high-growth startups
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and strong Excel skills
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, proactive mindset
- Familiarity with SOX controls, financial audits, and fintech infrastructure
