Job Description
This position offers a 1st shift CNC Machine Repair position, focusing on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing CNC equipment. Responsibilities include checking, analyzing, and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components, as well as component rebuilding. Strong math and troubleshooting skills are expected.
Requirements
- Troubleshoots and repairs equipment and control issues.
- Checks, analyzes, reconnects, and repairs hydraulic, pneumatic, belt-driven or gear drive machines.
- Disconnects motors, solenoids and performs minor electrical repairs.
- Rebuilds gear boxes and electrical motors.
- Read and interpret part diagrams.
- Use shop mathematics.
- Pass the eligibility test by Snap-on.
