Job Description
Snap-on is seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for their Hand Tool Manufacturing line. The role involves design, implementation, validation, and process improvement of manufacturing equipment, working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle. Requirements
- Design of manufacturing processes.
- Collaboration with small teams on in-house development of novel and complex manufacturing equipment.
- Specification development for manufacturing equipment.
- Management of external equipment suppliers.
- Performance of process analysis and capacity modeling.
- Deployment of statistical control.
