Commercial Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Site PMC team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Contract Administration for the construction of a major project, including assessing Contractor's time and cost claims and preparing related correspondence. The role will also involve preparing financial reports and claims assessments, and chairing meetings with the Client and Contractor.

Requirements

• Recognized university Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management
• Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Civil / Structural Engineer, or Project Manager
• Commercial and claims experience on the construction of major building projects
• Detailed knowledge of the delivery of major building projects
• Prior experience as a Commercial Manager
• Team / people management skills and experience
• Direct experience with time and cost related claims assessment and dispute resolution
• Experience with commercial risk identification, assessment, and management
• Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken
