Senior Commercial Manager

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join our Project Management Consultancy team for the Lyric Theatre Complex and Extended Basement Project in Hong Kong. The role involves contract administration, claims assessment, and financial reporting, as well as managing relationships with clients and contractors.

Requirements

• Recognized university degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or Architecture or Project Management
• Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Civil / Structural Engineer, or Project Manager
• Commercial and claims experience on major building projects
• Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken
• Minimum 15 years' relevant post-qualification experience
