Requirements

• Develop concept, preliminary, and detailed designs, calculations, specifications, and documentation.
• Apply SuDS design principles and stormwater management solutions.
• Design and check pavement for rural and urban roads.
• Lead stormwater drainage projects and act as discipline lead on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Develop and inspect hydraulic models; optimize storm drainage schemes.
• Promote sustainable, low-carbon designs aligned with NetZero goals.
• Coordinate across disciplines, LPOs, and clients.
• Use CDE tools like ProjectWise, BIM 360, MS Teams, SharePoint.
• Develop/check 3D models and BIM interfaces.
• Conduct utility clash inspections and resolve clashes.
• Improve design tools and coordinate with GTC digital teams.
• Support team development and skill enhancement.
• Apply AtkinsRéalis QSE standards and Business Management System.
• Embrace digital engineering and innovative design solutions.
