HR Generalist (m/w/d)

We are looking for an HR Generalist to contact employees and executives, accompany the training process, and perform administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a background in personnel management, relevant work experience, and good communication skills.

Requirements

• Completed economic studies with a focus on personnel management or a comparable qualification
• First relevant work experience in the personnel department, preferably in the industrial environment
• Good knowledge of labor law
• High level of communication skills as well as fluent German and good English skills
• Secure handling of MS Office applications
