Snorkel is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive operational rigor across their DaaS business, responsible for Salesforce hygiene, forecasting, account mapping, and sales activity tracking.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar operational role supporting GTM teams.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce with a track record of driving data hygiene and operational consistency.
- Experience managing forecasting cadences and producing actionable insights for sales leadership.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, RevOps, and Finance.
- Demonstrated ability to create structure in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable owning dashboards, reporting, and data-driven recommendations.
