Job Description
Snowflake is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Solution Engineering to lead a team of Partner Solution Engineers and drive complex use cases toward technical wins and successful partner solution implementation. The role requires a deep understanding of business goals, technical expertise, and leadership skills.
Requirements
- 15+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting capacity
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Proven track record of driving TACV and Consumption targets
- Strategic experience growing the ISV ecosystem
- Expertise in 'Partner Coaching'
- Technical expertise in Data Warehousing, GenAI/Machine learning, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, and/or SaaS Solutions
- Knowledge of and experience with the technical aspects of SQL-based database ecosystems
- Outstanding presentation skills
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields
