• Proven experience (7+ years) in a QA management or leadership role
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams
• Expertise in testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, security, etc.)
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
