Job Description
We're looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you'll be the contact person between our consumer and partners, and will handle all written and telephone communication with them. You'll need to have excellent command of the German language, be service-oriented and communicatively skilled, and be able to empathize with others.
