Job Description
SoFi is seeking a skilled IT Asset Management (ITAM) & CMDB Admin to configure, maintain, and support the ServiceNow SAM, HAM, APM, and CMDB modules. The role focuses on maximizing the value of IT resources, ensuring compliance, optimizing costs, and supporting SoFi’s dynamic growth in the financial services industry. This is a key ITAM subject matter expert position.
Requirements
- Design, implement, and maintain CMDB data model in ServiceNow
- Develop and enforce governance policies for CMDB data integrity
- Configure and manage ServiceNow Discovery modules
- Configure and maintain integrations with external systems
- Create and maintain CMDB health dashboards and reports
- Automate asset lifecycle management and reconciliation
- Design and configure hardware and software asset management modules
- Develop requirements, collaborate with ServiceNow developers, and validate results
