A Territory Manager is responsible for collaborating with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) to identify, pursue, build relationships, and achieve business goals within an assigned geographic region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, marketing, business or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales or territory management, preferably in aesthetics
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and build relationships
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Excellent oral/written communication skills, including well-developed presentation skills
