Requirements
- Recruiting and training new employees
- Adhering to allergy procedure and food preferences
- Developing new menu options with the Executive and Head Chef
- Ensuring health and safety knowledge and compliance with HACCP
- Leading the kitchen team to deliver effective and efficient dining experiences
- Creating and enforcing process to run an effective and efficient kitchen
- Ensuring teamwork and synergy between front and back of house staff
- Collaborating with Marketing/Events department on menu creation and food preparation
