We're looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our team and support our continued growth. You'll be responsible for building your own pipeline, developing long-term relationships, and working with some of the biggest companies in the world.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of progressive experience in business development within the remittance or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of remittance market dynamics, regulatory compliance, and industry trends
- Proven track record of building a pipeline within sectors and converting those connections into new business
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think strategically, analyse market trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders
- Previous experience working in a FinTech/Start-Up environment Payments/Remittance market in a business development or sales role
- Proven ability to identify and generate new business opportunities, resulting in increased revenue and growth
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset with a strong spirit
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, as well as independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
