Requirements

• Deliver exceptional, empathetic customer service
• Support new patients from inquiry through scheduling
• Work extensively within electronic health record (EHR)
• Accurately document all patient interactions
• Facilitate communications and triage existing patients
• Capture accurate client medical, demographic, and contact information
• Work within insurance portals and/or coordinate with care advocates
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of patient financial responsibility
