Acquisitions & Development Intern

SoLa Impact is searching for a driven and detail-oriented Development Intern to join their team and gain hands-on experience in one of the most exciting and high-impact real estate development firms in Los Angeles.

Requirements

• Current seniors, enrolled in a Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business, or related degree program
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (bonus points for Excel and project management tools!)
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
• A team player with a proactive approach and a great attitude
• Passion for real estate development, urban planning, and affordable housing
• Interest in the entire development lifecycle from acquisition to construction
