Job Description
The Investor Relations Summer Intern will work closely with the investment team at SoLa Impact, gaining valuable experience in real estate private equity and contributing to the mission of promoting affordable housing in historically neglected communities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Strong interest in real estate finance and investment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus
