Technical Solution Engineer - BESS

We are looking for a Technical Solution professional for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) who owns the full commercial and technical sales cycle for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers in Malaysia.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field
• 1–3+ years experience in BESS, solar + storage, power systems, or energy EPCC roles
• Strong, practical understanding of C&I BESS applications, TNB RP4 tariffs and policies, grid interconnection and protection concepts, and hands-on experience with CRM-based sales processes
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
