As a Junior Account Executive, you will be responsible for networking with C-level decision-makers, convincing them of our product, and owning your pipeline from first contact to closing. You will work closely with Product & Marketing to shape the go-to-market strategy and have a large design scope from strategy formation to contract negotiation.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of successful experience in B2B sales
- Solid technical understanding of software products
- Basic knowledge of the challenges and decision-making cycles of large industrial companies
- Analytical strength: You understand complex customer structures and processes and can translate them into a deal strategy
- Confident, professional demeanor, especially at board presentations and entrepreneurial decision-making
- Hands-on mentality: You take action, design, and drive topics forward
- Very good knowledge of German and English
