Job Description
SOLPLANET is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support customers with solar inverters, energy storage systems, and EV chargers. The role involves training, troubleshooting, and maintaining strong customer relationships to enhance product offerings and ensure customer satisfaction. AISWEI is a leading provider of renewable energy solutions with 15 years of experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor or above technical degrees
- Fluent in Romanian language
- Fluent in English
- In-depth knowledge of PV and energy storage systems
- Ability to work independently and independently
