Job Description
SOLPLANET is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support customers with solar inverters, energy storage systems and EV chargers. The role involves training, application engineering, and maintenance of customer relationships, along with providing technical insights to product management. They are a leading provider of renewable energy solutions with a strong technology heritage.
Requirements
- Bachelor or above technical degree, preferably in electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering, or similar.
- Fluent in Romanian language and business fluent in English.
- In-depth knowledge of the technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems, and EV chargers.
- Ability to work independently and focus in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
