Requirements
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment
- Experience recruiting GTM roles, coupled with the ability to partner effectively across all business units
- Experience leading and owning end-to-end Talent Acquisition projects
- Proven success hiring across multiple disciplines and business functions
- Strong communication skills and high EQ to influence and build trust with stakeholders
- Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused with a growth mindset
