Job Description
PlayStation is seeking a Director, Privacy & Data (AMER) to lead the Global Privacy Legal Team and shape the future of privacy in the world of digital entertainment. The role requires a strategic leader with expertise in US and global data protection laws, who can craft innovative, business-friendly privacy solutions and advise product teams on emerging technologies.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of proven experience in managing US domestic and global privacy and related data protection compliance issues
- CA bar membership preferred
- Experience creating and implementing privacy and related international and domestic data protection policies and compliance efforts
- Familiarity with social privacy issues, data governance, and emerging digital technologies
- Ability to communicate sophisticated legal, technical, and business concepts to non-legal professionals
