Requirements
- Quantitative degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Computer/Data Science, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field.
- 2-3+ years in analytics-driven roles (data analytics/engineering/science or software engineering) within consumer-facing product environments.
- SQL plus coding proficiency in languages like Python, Java, or TypeScript.
- Exposure to large datasets & complex queries, aware of needs to adjust for performance and reliability.
- Experience with event/logging pipelines (Kafka, Kinesis, Datadog, OpenTelemetry) and product-analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics).
- Proven cross-functional collaborator with engineering, product, and data-science teams.
- Contributor to shared event taxonomies and schemas, with deep understanding of retention, conversion, engagement metrics.
- Demonstrated curiosity and continuous-learning mindset.
