Senior Manager, Production - Ceremony of Roses

We're looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, Production to lead our production strategy and execution to deliver unforgettable products for fans. As the Senior Manager, Production for COR ANZ, you will oversee the end-to-end merchandise production lifecycle—from concept development and artist approvals to sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery & logistics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in merchandise (apparel & accessories) production, ideally within music, sports or entertainment.
• Strong network of suppliers, factories, and printers both locally and internationally.
• Deep understanding of production pipelines, compliance and advanced project management methodologies.
• Excellent communicator and confident negotiator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a meticulous eye for detail and timelines, including following and fine tuning processes.
• Proactive, autonomous, and collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel and Project Management tools (eg Asana, Monday.com).
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional time management, organisation skills and diligence.
• Passionate about music, fan culture, and creating standout merchandise.
