Job Description
We are seeking a Vice President of Product Design to lead the design vision, strategy, and execution for our global suite of artist, label, and internal tooling products. This leader will guide a distributed team of designers, partner with Product and Engineering leadership, and shape intuitive, data-driven experiences that support our global business.
Requirements
- 12-15+ years of B2B software product design/UX experience
- 5+ years leading design teams at a senior level
- Proven experience designing complex, data-heavy, enterprise or workflow tools at scale
- Strong systems thinker with deep experience in information architecture and interaction design
- Skilled at leading multidisciplinary, globally distributed teams
- Excellent communicator with a track record of influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive alignment
