Sound is seeking a Mobile Crisis Peer Support Specialist to provide real-time support to individuals facing mental health crises in a mobile van. This role involves assessment, intervention, follow-up, collaboration with emergency responders and community resources, and community outreach. It requires compassion, adaptability, and a strong commitment to crisis response. The position can be part-time, shift-based, or night shift.
