Residential Case Manager - On-Call - Behavioral Health

We are hiring on-call residential case managers in Auburn, WA to provide support services, community integration, life skill training, and other needed services to residents in a mental health and addiction treatment setting.

Requirements

• Provide residential care services
• Assist residents in developing independent living skills and personal care needs
• Teach problem-solving, goal-setting, social skills and communication skills
• Provide discharge planning services
• Transport residents, as necessary
• Provide crisis intervention services
• Maintain resident records
• Adhere to agency policies and procedures
• Perform basic office duties
