Barista

We are seeking a Barista to join our team at 7brew.com. As a Brewista, you will be responsible for executing our mission of inspiring a community of kindness through a revolutionary coffee experience. You will work in a fast-paced coffee shop environment, interacting with customers, preparing drinks, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements

• Converse with customers to confirm their drink orders and correctly key in orders to our point of sale system
• Collect payments for orders and correctly count back any change to the customer
• Prepare all drinks and premixes
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
• Can work outside for prolonged periods, regardless of weather conditions
• Can lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
