Program Mgr, Digital Experience & Solutions- Operations & Customer Sys

The Program Manager is responsible for leading agile project teams to achieve high performance and quality in delivering projects that provide exceptional business value. They will define project scope and schedule, manage risks and issues, and promote empowerment of the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or business
• Solid understanding of system development life cycle
• Knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices
• Proven track of successful implementation of software or web development projects using Agile methodologies
• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager managing large, complex projects
• Experience overseeing multi-functional project teams with at least 10-15 team members
• Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams
• Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
