Program Mgr, Digital Experience & Solutions - Operations & Customer Sys

Program Manager is responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and motivating agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering agile projects that provide exceptional business value to users. Key responsibilities include defining project scope and schedule, organizing and leading project status and working meetings, preparing and distributing progress reports, managing risks and issues, and promoting empowerment of the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or business.
• Solid understanding of system development life cycle.
• Knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
• Proven track of successful implementation of software or web development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Experience overseeing multi-functional project teams with at least 10-15 team members.
• Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
