Job Description
We are a rapidly expanding roofing company in the U.S., seeking Customer Experience Specialists to provide outstanding service to homeowners. The role involves appointment scheduling, roof inspections, and delivering customer communication. This is a full-time, no-cold-call position within a field-based schedule.
Requirements
- 3+ years of outside sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Coachable, confident, and highly motivated personality
- Tech-savvy (comfortable using tablets or CRM software)
- iPad required (purchase through us is available)
