Job Description
The company is seeking a motivated Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional support to homeowners during roof inspections. This full-time, on-site role focuses on conducting appointments, guiding customers through the process, and delivering outstanding customer service. The position offers competitive compensation with uncapped commission and bonuses.
Requirements
- Meet with homeowners for scheduled appointments (no cold calling)
- Guide customers through roof inspections, options, and pricing
- Deliver 5–10 in-home consultations per week
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Attend team meetings and ongoing training
- Tech-savvy (comfortable using tablets or CRM software)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Coachable, confident, and highly motivated personality
