Job Description
This customer experience specialist role within a rapidly expanding roofing company in Charleston, South Carolina, offers the opportunity to drive customer satisfaction and influence home improvement decisions. The position involves appointments, consultations, and training, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service and professional communication.
Requirements
- Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled appointments
- Guide customers through roof inspections and pricing
- Deliver in-home consultations
- Attend team meetings and ongoing training
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Coachable, confident, and highly motivated personality
- Tech-savvy (comfortable using tablets or CRM software)
- iPad required (purchase through us is available)
