Job Description
Southern National is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Inside Sales/Call Center representative to join our team. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our existing and potential clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and a genuine desire to help customers.
