Job Description
Southern National is seeking an Inside Sales/Call Center representative to join their team, providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients, promoting eco-friendly products and services, and generating appointments for the outside sales division.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations in a calm and professional manner
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and a genuine desire to help customers
