Level 1 technical support for customer-related IT infrastructure requests and services, including managing tickets, communicating with customers, and coordinating with other technology teams.
Requirements
- Diploma from a Polytechnic/University (or equivalent from abroad) in the field of Information Technology / Telecommunications
- Certified 2-year experience in an equivalent position
- Experience in IT/systems environments
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work 24*7 shifts and Stand-By
