First-level technical support for network and data center customer requests and services, including receiving and managing requests, communicating with customers, and ensuring compliance with SLA technical support for customer requests.
Requirements
- Diploma from T.E.I./University (or equivalent abroad) in the field of Informatics / Telecommunications
- 2 years of experience in an equivalent position
- Experience in IP Networks
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work on shifts and Stand-By
