Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d)

The Service Delivery Manager will support operational services across Galileo Centres GCCs and GSC, ensuring Service Delivery in compliance with Service Levels Agreements (SLA). The role requires effective liaison with various teams and stakeholders, with a focus on coordination, planning, and execution of system and service operations.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, preferably in Aerospace
• Proven working experience in space industry, space operations or satellite services
• Good knowledge on satellite systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in intercultural and geographically distributed work environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
