Business Analyst with 5-8 years of experience in driving transformative solutions using agile methodologies and scoping business needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience preferably in healthcare or a related domain as a Business Analyst or Administrator of CRM, ERP or other applications.
- Exposure to agile methodologies and scrum practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently with direction from project/engagement managers and consultants.
- Reasonable understanding of the Salesforce product suite preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
