Job Description
The Salesforce Business Analyst serves as the bridge between business needs and Salesforce solution delivery, requiring expertise in eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements while collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the software development life cycle
- 6+ years as a Business Analyst
- Experience in a consulting environment with SOW-based engagements
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
- Exposure to Health Cloud or other healthcare-related domains preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
