Sales Enablement Manager

Sparteo is an independent suite of AI-powered advertising technologies built on sustainable, sovereign infrastructure. We're looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our global Sales team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrable experience in a dedicated Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Sales Training role.
• Highly capable of translating high-level strategy into simple, repeatable sales processes and managing process documentation end-to-end.
• A strong communicator able to effectively train, coach, and influence sales reps and leaders without direct managerial authority.
• Practical understanding of SaaS or Ad-Tech sales cycles, including prospecting, pipeline stages, and common objections.
