Human Resource Specialist

Spatial Front, Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to support our growing team. The Human Resource Specialist will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a human resources role
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Experience with HRIS systems and other HR technologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
