Recruiter

Spatial Front, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting for a variety of roles, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and hiring candidates with security clearances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing and hiring candidates with active security clearances
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies
