Job Description
Spaulding Ridge is an advisory and IT implementation firm helping global organizations refine their sales, operational, and financial processes. The company is seeking a Solution Architect to join their Legal Operations practice, focused on developing and implementing Agiloft CLM solutions. The role involves technical leadership, knowledge development, and integration with client teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing and leading CLM applications, with a strong emphasis on Agiloft
- “Agiloft Certified Implementer” certification is required
- Hands-on expertise with Agiloft's KB configuration, business rules, workflow automation, and data integration capabilities
- Deep background in business rules, custom calculations and data integration utilizing various CLM tools
- BA/BS Degree in Finance/Accounting, Law, Business Management and/or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
