Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Solution Architect to join their Legal Operations practice. The role involves providing technical leadership for Ironclad CLM projects, managing the enablement of the Legal Operations team, and integrating seamlessly with client and consultant teams. They focus on transforming businesses through strategic financial guidance, operational performance, and reliable financial management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing and leading CLM applications
- Strong Ironclad configuration, workflow automation, and integration expertise
- Hands-on experience with Ironclad's capabilities
- BA/BS Degree in Finance/Accounting, Law, Business Management, or related field
- Understanding of business rules, data integration, and technical requirements
