Job Description
This is a full-time HR Generalist position for a well-established recruitment agency in Greece, specializing in a 4-day workweek. The role focuses on supporting the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR processes, and driving recruitment, engagement, and compliance. The agency has recently achieved recognition as a 'Best Workplace' and 'Best Woman' in Greece.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in HR or people operations.
- Hands-on experience with candidate screening and interviewing.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes (leaves, evaluations, policies).
- Good understanding of labor law and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English
- Proactive mindset and problem-solving ability.
